Young children really seems to connect with stories as simple as a dad taking his child on an errand or a father reading his child nighttime stories. As a matter of fact, after reading these books over the last few days, Lucy and I were inspired to make this Homemade Father’s Day book as a special gift for Daddy this year.Īlthough you may not find the word “Dad” in the title of all the books, we’ve included some books where the father is one of the main characters. Grouping books together can really help children connect the stories to their own lives.
